Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., certain live plants)
  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges
